Thick, high-quality plastic, rollers are also plastic, I thought they would be rubberized, but in general it's not critical. On a large volume (the circumference of the thigh is more than 40-50 cm) it will be difficult to work out. In general, satisfied, лимфодренаж good Sent quickly, despite 11.11, went to Novosibirsk for 3 weeks. I did not communicate with the seller.

I bought this for my 12 year old to use after football games. It was so effective the entire family started using it. It has significantly reduced the tightness in your legs and calves after a workout. Overall just great for circulation.
